Hello lovely readers,
It’s officially 2026! We hope you had a joyful Christmas and a refreshing New Year break. Nema’h has been incredibly grateful to host and connect with you over the past two years, and we want to sincerely thank every reader who has spent time in this space.
As life often does, the past year became a busy one. Like many of you, we found ourselves juggling study, work, growth, and everything in between. While this meant the blog wasn’t as active as we would have hoped, it also gave us time to reflect on what we want Nema’h to be and where we want it to go next.
This year marks a gentle re-branding and a renewed focus. In 2026, we’re excited to bring you more thoughtful, accessible psychology content that bridges research and real life. You can expect bite-sized psych explainers, reflections on mental health in everyday experiences, mini-series on emerging topics, and research insights explained in human language, no jargon required.
We also want this space to feel more interactive. This year, we’ll be inviting reader questions, topic suggestions, and shared reflections, because psychology isn’t just something we study, it’s something we live.
Thank you for being here, for your patience, and for growing alongside us. We’re excited about what’s ahead and can’t wait to share more with you soon. Stay tuned 🤍
